I had been having a problem with the air conditioner at my rental property and was told that it could be the air compressor that needed replaced so I called Kramer and they sent a repair man, S. Duncan. He was very polite and checked the unit and found that it had a wire disconnected from it. He reconnected the wire and then recharged it. It is now working and I am very pleased with the work done and the time which it took to get it going. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done. They are very honest.
